Amanda David is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been practicing in South Florida for over 14 years. She specializes in working with adults presenting with anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, grief and loss, and relationship issues. She is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional through the International Association of Trauma Professionals.
Amanda's approach is warm and collaborative. She will work with you to understand your concerns, learn about your goals, and assist you with navigating the changes that you would like to make. Together you will address current challenges while exploring ways to create a rich and meaningful life. Amanda uses evidence-based therapeutic interventions and techniques to help you achieve the outcomes you are looking for. Her approach is a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy.
